So if you've read my blogs before you know that not only do I eat gluten free I'm dairy free and soy free and vegetarian to boot. It drives my family insane! However they do seem to notice and tell me about restaurants, articles and recipes that fit with my diet.
Recently my aunt saw an episode of Giada at Home on the Food Network and made me the best muffin recipe ever, Carrot and zucchini muffins.
What makes these muffins so good is that they don't taste gluten free and they are so moist. As well they have vegetables! So if you have picky kids you can sneak some veggies into their diet.
Now I can't say that I have made these myself...but I just talked to my aunt and another shipment is on the way!
