Dr. Praegers Gluten Free Fish Sticks found in Edmonton - Great for Celiac Children

Finding decent quick frozen meals or snacks can be tasking at times.  Finding these gluten free fish sticks in Edmonton have definitely hit the spot!  Like most good gluten free products, these fish sticks don't crumble easy, and bake up really nice.  Not mention taste great!

These fish sticks only took 20 minutes in total (10 each side), so you are able to make some frozen fries at the same time if you want.  Great meal for Celiac children!

Served with fries and home made tartar sauce, makes a great light meal or afternoon snack!

Home made tartar to go with
Fish Sticks
Here is a recipe for tartar sauce to go with the fish sticks:

Ingredients for home made tartar sauce:
  • mayonnaise (we use Kraft Miracle Whip)
  • mustard
  • relish
Mix together 2 parts mayonnaise, 1/2 part mustard and 1/2 part relish.

Remember to check the ingredients of all products to ensure they are all gluten free before making this recipe!

  4. You are right Kristen, we were not overly estatic about this product but did not want say that. BUT those of you that do cook from scratch use of potato flakes addes another demension to you food prep example adding them to ground meat for filler in hamburgers I do use potato flakes in combination with say g/f bread crumbs or cereal crumbs with seasoning added for coating meat
