Gluten Free Recipe: Creamy Pesto with Tuna and Mushrooms

This recipe tasted great using the Mayacamas Creamy Pesto Mix.  I guess this is not much of a gluten free recipe, but it certainly makes a tasty meal!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pack of Mayacamas Creamy Pesto Mix
  • 1 Pack of Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Can of Tuna
  • Your favourite gluten free pasta
Directions:
  1. Follow directions on creamy pesto mix package
  2. Slice mushrooms and saute in vegetable until soft in a deep dish pan.
  3. Mean while make your gluten free pasta.  Remember to slightly undercook your gluten free pasta
  4. When pasta is ready, add to mushrooms.
  5. Add tuna and sauce
  6. Stir and serve with a salad
We had seconds on this one, and there were barely any leftovers for lunch!
