This recipe is hard to give up because it is a family recipe, but so simple, so tasty and just happens to be a gluten free recipe. This makes a simple light meal, or serve as a side for a full dinner.
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp onion powder
4-5 garlic cloves
Directions:
- Add ingredients to dressing container and mix
- Prepare lettuce with feta cheese (crumble) olives, tomato onion and cucumber
- Add dressing and toss salad
