Playright at the Citadel has a couple tasty gluten free options.

Playwright is located at the Citadel Theatre in Downtown Edmonton and is quite the hidden gem of a restaurant with a chef that demonstrated they know how to cook.

This is the first time in Edmonton that a chef properly cooked a ahi tuna correctly with just a light sear on the outside. This gluten free quinoa bowl was outstanding!

The menu at Playright is not big, so gluten free may seem limited, but meals are clearly marked on the menu with a GF. I really do recommend this tuna quinoa bowl. It was $22.
Expect to pay $25-45 a person.
