This worked out amazingly. Amanda's sister shared a recipe that we easily adapted to be gluten free for this mashed potato and chicken nugget casserole!
Layer of mashed potatoes
Frozen corn (or other vegetables)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Layer of gluten free frozen chicken nuggets (we used PC Brand)
Oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Add gluten free club house brown gravy when ready!
