Nha Trang Restaurant is across the street from the Royal Alexandra Hospital. We have been a couple times after going to shows at the Expo Centre for their gluten free friendly dishes.
After speaking with one of the people at the counter, they pointed out that most of the items on the menu are gluten free. They even have gluten free spring rolls that they make with rice paper. We learned a while ago this is called Saskatchewan Spring Rolls.

Amanda has had several dishes from her and has enjoyed both their curry dishes and their vermicelli bowls.
Gluten Free Safety
A few gluten free cross contamination safety reminders while visiting Nha Trang:
- The gluten spring rolls may not be made in a dedicated fryer. Be sure to ask if they can be made in a dedicated fryer.
- Always check to see if the gluten free spring rolls are still on the menu. They are not indicated on the Skip The Dishes menu they have.
- Notify the staff of your gluten free needs to ensue the dishes are prepared prepared with a freshly cleaned preparation area and utensils.
You can find Nha Trang on skip the dishes, so you don't have trek across the city if you are not nearby.
