We have tried many different mixes over time, and this is by far our favorite mix for gluten-free waffles we have found. We find other mixes too dense. This one mixes up perfectly, and I found this box makes a good two batches.
You can now find the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick mix at most retail stores in Edmonton, including Safeway, Sobeys, Walmart, Superstore, and Save-on-Foods. However, we buy it on subscription from Amazon because it saves us money 👇🏽
