Gluten Free at Chuck E. Cheese's! Where a kid can be a Celiac kid

Hip hip hooray for a gluten free menu option at a kid friendly restaurant!  I don't know how this got by me, but I read it on, that Chuck E. Cheese's now has a gluten free pizza available for people with Celiac.

And guess what?  It actually seems pretty safe.  Check E. Cheese says their pizza's are pre made and baked a gluten free facility and shipped packaged up to each restaurant.  They are a individual size gluten free pizza for $5.99 and an individual chocolate cupcake for $1.99.

This is great step for a kid friendly restaurant.  I don't think there are many child friendly places that accommodation a gluten free diet.  I can imagine kids with Celiac Disease no longer have to decline an inviation to a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese's, or now they can even have their own birthday there!  Awesome.

500 locations across the United States and Canada will be offering these gluten free options.

Check out their YouTube video below and click here for more information about Chuck E. Cheese's gluten free options.

It has been confirmed that the Edmonton locations already carry the gluten free pizza and cupcake.  See comments below.

Gluten Free Edmonton - A Celiac guide and resource for gluten free information in Edmonton, Alberta

  1. I emailed them this morning and they said they don't have the GF pizza/cupcake at any Edmonton locations at this time, but they didn't say when they were going to... So I had to email them again asking that.. Waiting for the response...

  2. Ok I got a correction from them:

Thank you for taking the time to email us. I apologize my information was wrong I contacted the location and they do have the gf items on their menu.

  3. I would love to visit this gluten free resto and taste their gluten free cupcake. I’ve been baking cupcakes but I never tried baking a gluten free one, good thing I already have a new oven just in case I find a recipe for this one I will definitely try this at home.
