Gluten free Alaskan pollock bites

We found this gluten free product at Ed's Gluten Free Store in Edmonton's south side at the same time that we got Dr. Praegers fish sticks.

In comparison, these Pollock Bites were tasty but did not turn out as well as the Dr. Praegers fish sticks. Based on their size, I think the pollock bites would make a great late night snack or treat for the kids with some tartar sauce.
