Ashley shared a great find in St. Albert. Ya, that;s right, St. Albert!
She checked out Nichol's Cafe located in the Riel Business Park. Ashley says the owner has Celiac Disease and keeps the kitchen mainly gluten free. I would like to think Ashley takes great care in cross contamination.
Ashley tried out their teriyaki chicken with rice and ginger beef with noodles and said it was delicious!
They also have burgers, that can be lettuce wrapped or in a gluten free bun that was introduced in a recent Facebook post.

The GF cinnamon bun was ridicules, So so Good!
