Cookie Love is a local cookie shop that has been around for a long time. What I remember starting out as a Cookie stand at farmers markets now has a store front at MNP Tower downtown (MNP TOWER, 10235 101 St NW #142).
Although once had a larger variety of gluten free cookies, their website indicates they now sell a gluten free friendly chocolate chip cookie. A great standard option for a quick treat down town, or a gluten friendly option for corporate events or corporate gifts.
I remember when I used to work downtown at MNP Tower I would often grab a gluten free cookie from Cookie Love to bring home to Amanda. They make a tasty cookie.
How safe are their cookies for someone with Celiac Disease? They indicate on their website that the cookies are made in a shared space, on same equipment. But to let them know of any allergies as they do their best to avoid cross contamination.

I'd like to know more about this store because I'm going gaga over cookies these days since I was able to try a very delicious one at a party last week. My craving for cookies got crazy after that. :)
