The Manager from the The Underground Tap and Grill is located downtown contacted me about their lunch and dinner menus that feature many clearly labelled Celiac friendly options.
Ontop of a gluten free menu options, The Underground Tap and Grill does carry gluten free beer options on their drink menu, and will have added a gluten free dessert to their upcoming 2015-016 winter menu.
Although there is risk for cross contamination, their manager Kristin said they take allergies very seriously when preparing our food.
A few of the Manager's favourite gluten free options are
the cuban stew
vegetable pakoras (which are also vegan friendly),
the poutine au canard.
Decadent dessert (a chocolate molten lava cake with homemade vanilla bean ice cream)
The gluten free beers served are from Omission brewing.
It is important to note though that their ciders on tap can't be guaranteed to be gluten free because their selection of beers rotates a lot and this would risk cross contamination of gluten from previous beers getting into the ciders even with proper line flushing.
